Jen Cassaro

Jen is the owner / cinematographer / editor and jack of all video trades at Masterpiece. She has a dual BA in journalism and television & radio communications from SUNY Cortland. Prior to starting her own company in 1994, she worked in the field of medical videography.

Jen has a passion for editing and creating a unique wedding documentary for each client. "Everyone has a story...let me tell yours!"

She has personally videotaped over 600 wedding stories and met some wonderful people along the way. When not documenting the lives of others, she can be found on the golf course with her husband Vinnie, desperately trying to break 95.

Alyssa Carlton

Alyssa has been Jen's assistant and second camera operator at all events since 2004. She has cinematography in her blood as two of her uncles are award-winning television cameramen working in New York City. You'll never even notice that she's there at your event. She is the epitome of "unobtrusive" as she quietly films from afar.

That is, until the bananas foster comes out for dessert: then she's the first in line!

Sophie Cassaro

Sophie is the Jack Russell terrier / beagle mix who occupies the corner of the editing room floor. She lets us know when it's time to take a break and go for a walk or have a snack. She's in charge of keeping an eye on things while we are away at a wedding.
